Apply in five short steps
Tell us about your business and what you'd like at the Expo. Submitting does not reserve a booth or charge anything; organizers review every application and reply by email.
Event details and vendor compliance
- March 13–14, 2027 at the Augusta Civic Center North Wing.
- Show hours: Saturday 9 AM–3 PM, Sunday 10 AM–3 PM.
- Vendor load-in: Saturday 6:30–8 AM, Sunday 8–9 AM.
- Each single booth is 8 ft deep × 10 ft wide. No tents in the North Wing.
- Application and payment are due February 1, 2027. A QuickBooks invoice is sent after you apply.
- Your booth is not reserved until your application, payment and required documents are received.
Completing the below form serves as your agreement that if you choose to Vend at the Expo, you understand you must stay in compliance with Maine state cannabis laws, rules and regulations. (LD1840 SECTION 10) You should check with your Legal council to confirm that your license allows you to sell product to a valid Card holding Medical cannabis patients at the Expo , Patients will be given a colored wrist band to all valid card holders. It is still YOUR Responsibility to Check for a Valid Medical patient card and Valid ID even if they have a Patient Bracelet . MMCM Security will not intervene with any transactions of a Medical cannabis License holder and a Valid Medical card holding Patient. MMCM Security will remove any vendor that is doing business with a Non Medical patient, and you will not get refunded if you choose to break the Law.
